I pumped gas for a couple of years in high school. Mostly I didn't mind, but in the winter, it was pretty miserable. I probably would have been better off spending more time on schoolwork and exercise, but I earned enough money to buy my first car - I did have some fun with my 1981 AMC Eagle station wagon.
