I am studying English for the following reasons. First, English is not my primary language, Washington state board of Physical Therapy asked me to clear TOEFL as I am a foreign trained Physical Therapist. I must get an overall score of 89 in TOEFL in order to get eligible for taking NPTE. Second, I would like to improve my English conversational skills and writing skills. These skills help me in the near future while working with the patients and writing the documents. For these reasons I am interested in studying English.

I am studying English to improve my TOEFL score and to help me do my job. The Washington state board of Physical Therapy asked me to get an 89 on the TOEFL since I am a foreign trained Physical Therapist. I need the score of 89 in order to become eligible for taking the NPTE. Also, I would like to improve my English conversational and writing skills. These skills will help me in the near future while working with patients and writing documents.

So I made this one less formal - "I am studying English for the following reasons" is perfect grammar but maybe too formal for a normal conversation. It would be good for an essay though. Just so you know the original wasn't wrong but I wanted to show you another way to do it :D

English is everywhere. :D The English education in my home country is awful so my English knowledge is really weak. So I decided to go in the USA like an exchange visitor, au pair actually. I want to improve my communication skills, because one of the worst thing in this case, when i would like to express myself, share my thought, my opinion with a foreign person and I can't. Awkward :D

I learned English 9 years ago, I used to practiced every day on my job but a year ago I got sick and I have to stop working. Now I am not feeling comfortable even doing a short sentence not talking or written. I would like to improve my English and practice a lot.

Excellent grammar here. Strongly need is an unusual. In conversation Americans would say "really need" and in formal speech we might say "I have a strong need to develop..."
