1. A pitcher is a large container made of clay. Pitchers are usually round in shape and have a narrow neck and two handles shaped like ears.
ex)He's filling the glasses from the pitcher

2. In baseball, the pitcher is the person who throws the ball to the batter, who tries to hit it.
ex) He signed on as a pitcher

oh i didn't realize that baseball pitcher uses same words with water pitcher!!
thank you for realizing me. :lol: anyway, come to think of pitcher, i want to drinking cool beer.
all of a sudden what is your drinking capacity? haha;

i don't know my maimum capacity.
but i drank 2 bottle of soju at the OT.
after drinking,, I had a clear mind but little bit had physical defects like walking zigzag.
these days i drink about twice a semester to relieve the burden of stress.(end of midterm & final ?^^;)
how about your capacity? and which snack served with alcoholic do you like~?

a sentence: Yesterday, The pitcher from the Mets hurt his right arm which its the arm he uses to throw the ball.

- Its very hot today and i dont have a pitcher to make lemonade.

"...which is the arm he uses to throw the ball" but usually we just say "which is his throwing arm".

My friend is an artict. She visits a ceramics workroom. She is very skilful und she made a really nice pitcher for me. I don´t use the pitcher, because it is too nice. I am afraid to break the pitcher up.

My friend is an artist who works with ceramics. She's very skillful and she made me a pitcher that I never use because I'm afraid of breaking it.
