Do you have an interest in eye health?
I have had a lot of attention lately.
A year ago, because my eyes were severely damaged because of the lens.
I can't see everything exactly so I feared.
In addition, the vision starts to deteriorate and I can't see without glasses.
It is for six months that I went to the hospital.
So I think that eye-health is really important for human.

We shoud remember six kinds of food to make our eyes health!
First, broccoli, cabbage and dark vegetables contain nutrients that can prevent blindness.
Second, ingredients of egg are good for eye health.
Third, the fact that blueberries are good for the eyes is known to many people.
Fourth, the fish contains omega-3 fats good for the eyes.
Fifth, vitamin E of the nuts keeps the eyes from damaging by ultraviolet rays.
Sixth, the vitamins of fresh fruits are good for sight.

Your eyes, Are you okay?
We should pay attention to your body as well as the eyes.

Moreover, I can't wear contact lenses because I am timid cowardly.
So, I only wear glasses. Because I am woman, I make-up my face. But, If I wear glasses, powder is overlap in part of nose.
It is very inconvenient.
but, I don't like this food that you recommend me.

VitaminA also good for your eye health.
Carrot contains generous vitaminA.
VitaminA is solubility in oil.
Frying carrot in oil before you eat.
Accordingly you can get more vitaminA.~~^*^

I am really worried after reading the very first post of this topic. I was looking for suggestions and advise for wearing the contact lenses. I have thought of making the switchover from the prescription eyeglasses to the lenses now since they seem more comfortable. But it is never welcome to know someone had actually developed eye problems wearing them. Yes it is good to know about the foods that you have mentioned but it would be better to get some more points that would ensure the right measures to protect our eyes when wearing the lenses. Do the cheapest contact lenses help!

That's a good point. Food is good and all but how did those lenses damage the eye? Maybe you should try PMing the thread starter because it seems they haven't posted here in a while.
