I think "Health" is an important issue to everyone.
We are living beacause we are healthy right in this time, aren't we ???
In my case, I've been seeing many cases of people who have problems in health.
Whenver I think of them, I become to appreciate that I can live without any health problems.
Health probles may come from innate traits, but I'd like to say that we can make our lives healthy !
Absolutely, We need to do exercise regularly. Since we are living in busy days, we can just walk for a minutes everyday or do physical training by ourselves.
Another thing is about food. We need to be more careful about what we eat. I mean we don't have to make ourseleve tough in terms of having food.
What I'd like to talk is to do care about our health. Because our body wants to have well-some food.
Besides,thinking positively, laughing many times or doing what we want such as listening to music can be helpful to keep our life more healthy.
Let's make our own wonderful life to be more exciting, happy, and healthy.
