These days, I have pain in my neck. So when I sit down on chair for a long time, I feel bad.
It was really hurting me, I can`t stand it. So I laid down on the floor when came evening. Finally, I went to a orient hospital. Doctor said me, 'You should take a correct posture in ordinary time and take a exercise for one hour a day.'
