importance of drinking enough water

I want to tell you guys about the importance of drinking enough water.
honestly I am not a person who drink lots of water everyday.
I used to think that I could get enough water to have fruits or cups of tea
I dont like drinking water actually, I still prefer beverage to water but I try to drink water intentionally for my health
80% of our blood is water and our body use the blood to Your body uses the blood to carry nutrients.
water is involved in almost every action of metabolism
water is concerned to regulate body temperature and help our bone move freely
moreover water protects our body from getting sick.
Here is good tip for grils! the more you drink water, the prettier you get because having lots of water make our skin healthy and our body slim!
so, guys! I strongly recommend a lot of water for you guys regardless of sex.

HI,I think drinking a lot of water is very good to person, too.
Because drinking a cold water is good to stop to suffering from a hangover, after drinking alcohols. And as I know, it helps blood clean. I think we can`t live without water, so drinking enough water is not a option, we have to do it. :D

But don't drink all of that water at once

OH Junseop I know the important of water. so i drink 1.5 liters of water everyday . it's really good thing!

It's important to drink a lot of water. :) So I try to drink lots of water. But I have bad habbit that drink water at each meal.
How can i change my bad habbit?

exactly water is really important in our body.
so we try to drink water repeatedly.
they help us through we drinking them. but i worry about water's health.
however, these days pollution is worse. so i think we must protect environment in order to improve our health :mrgreen:

espeacially girls are sensible for skin

I think you mean to say "drinking water is not only good for health but also good for skin."
