health is the most important thing in life.
if you are not healty, you can't do anything ..
even if you have much mony, you are not happy. because you can't do anything!!
so you try to keep your health for your life and happy.
first you should exercise regularly . in fact, exercise can mace a big difference to your health.
and a healthy diet should help your body, too.
regularly eating food is good to you and you not eat foods late at night.
for example fast food is unhealthy because it has much fat and salt.
and coffe has much caffein. so excessive coffee intake is not good....
instead you should eat nutritious meals to keep yourself healthy!
