I THINK EVERY GIRLS HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DIET
but rechless diet is very dangerous and thoughtless
some models are good exemple of this
they are already skinny. i know that it's for thier job
BUT sometimes they go so far.
so some of them suffer from anorexia or sitomania
we have to healty diet.
some girls know that diet must not eat food.
BUT it's obiously wrong.
we have to eat regular calory a day.
what we have to do is cut down the percentage of fat and carbohydrate. especially fat.
and we have to exercise.
most of exercises are good for diet, but i recommend to some.
it's pilates and yoga
pilates is a kind of yoga but it use a machine
i learned it the last winter vacation, it helps me a lot and it's fun too.
it use a large ball too, that's my favorite motion. it help abdominal exercise and leg exercise
yoga is already known for everyone.
intensity exercise like health or squash are good too
BUT i think that pilates and yoga are good for mental health and correction of posture.
