can i teach my self

i am new member of this forum and always there is a one question, it's can i teach my self? i have tried more times and still i want to learn but there is a proverb in my mother language which says "No one can teach his self" i don't want to give up

Well you are in control. You can keep practicing and that will help. Just remember to practice using the language to communicate. Ideally you will get some error correction while practicing. But at least pay attention to when people have trouble understanding you - that will mean you need to say things a different way.

So it's not exactly teaching yourself but you can stay motivated, stay on task, and keep practicing.
