Some communication ideas

Post by (102) Liz Herrera » Fri Jun 14, 2013 5:28 am

The must important things that you must take in consideration while communicating an idea are: First, make your message understood, then understand the message that someone is sending you, and finally have some control over the flow of the communication.

In order to achieve these communication goals, you should use body language to give people a better understanding of your message, you can use your hands, eyes and face expression, another good idea is to change frequently the sound of your voice, for example use a louder tone if you want to emphasize something. In order to make sure that the other person is understanding you, you should ask him or her to repeat what you are saying, that could be bored, but useful, to avoid misunderstandings.

I totally agree with you. Fot a back-up, I also want to emphasis listening. As you mentioned above, understand what they say is very important. Because most human beings have a tendecy that say more and hear less. Therefore, successful sales men would not say more than customers. Like this way, just use a simple, effective words and hear their story could be a good cummunication skill.
