< Be + subject + verb >

She is a musician. => Is she a musician?
He is a programmer => Is he a programmer?


Winter starts (when). => When does winter start?

<Wh + is + subject>

She is (who). => Who is she?
Hospitar is (where). => Where is hospital?

< To make past tense questions, just change the verb tense >

Did you eat toast?

< Tenses other than present simple and past simple usually have an auxiliary verb which can be moved to form a quwstion >

She is writing a letter. => Is she writing a letter?
She has written a letter. => Has she written a letter?
she will write a letter. => Will she write a letter?
